LoLo's Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
5 small cucumbers (approx. 6 ")4 Cups Greek Yogurt16-20 mint leaves3 sprigs parsley2 small cloves garlic1 stalk celery1.5 C. filtered water2 sprigs dill weedsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Add first 7 ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

2. Chill for 30 minutes or longer.

Serve in chilled bowls.

Garnish with chopped dill weed. Salt & Pepper to taste.
