Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
16 oz italian sausage (out of casings)1-29 oz can of tomato sauce1-29 oz can tomato puree1 cup diced onion1/2 cup green pepper, diced2 tsp. minced garlicSalt, pepper, basil and oregano to taste
Directions
Remove sausage from casings and brown meat over med. heat in large sauce pan. As meat browns dice onions and peppers and add to meat along with garlic . When browned drain off any fat then add tomato sauce and tomato puree and spices, simmer on low for about 2 hours, serve over favorite pasta or use any way you like. It freezes well. serves8-10
