Ingredients
2 cups dry long grain basmati-style brown rice5 cups water1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Mix rice & water & bring to a boil. Stir, cover & simmer until water is used up. Usually about 10 minutes. Stir, replace cover & let sit for at least 10 minutes.

If you prefer a less-crunchy rice, you may need to add more water.
