Ingredients
Ingredients: * *Spinach, cooked, 1/4 cup * Zucchini, 1/4 cup, sliced * Celery, raw, 1/2 stalk, small * *Black Olives - Sliced, 1.5 tbsp * *1/4 Medium fresh tomato, . * Egg, fresh, 1 medium * Feta Cheese, 1 tbsp * *Victorian Epicure Poco Picante mix, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook vegetables in saucepan until tender. Beat egg and spices in bowl and add to veggie mixture. Scramble eggs. Add cheese and serve.
