Ingredients
1 cup of green grapes, seedless1 cup of blueberries1 cup of peaches, peeled, seeded, and sliced ( I use frozen, which saves alot of time)1/2 cup of Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt1 tbsp. granulated sugar or equivalent sweetener (optional)1/2-1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (optional)1-2 cups of ice
Directions
This recipe makes 3 1-cup smoothies.

Add ingredients into a blender in the order given. Blend well, in a heavy duty or commercial grade blender, til mixture reaches desired consistency.
