steak and quinoa soup

Ingredients
10 oz Top Sirloin steak1 T olive oil1/2 red onion2 carrots1 T Garlic1 cup chopped celery1 T Italian Seasoning1/2 cup quinoasalt and pepper
Directions
cut meat into 1/2 inch pieces, cut veggies into bite size pieces. Saute veggies first in 1 T olive oil. Then add meat and brown it. add 43.5 ounces of h2o or stock. I used 14.5 oz of chicken stock and 29 oz h2o. add seasonings and quinoa and simmer til desired tenderness is reached.
