Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil4 T champagne vinegar2 t dijon4 cloves garlic1 T shallots1 t salt1 t black pepper
Directions
Mince the garlic and shallots.
Whisk together the vinegar, dijon, garlic, shallots, salt, and pepper.
Whisk in the olive oil.
I use champagne vinegar for this recipe, however, one can use red wine vinegar instead.
