Ingredients
Baked and mashed potato (medium)Milk to make mashsaltenough flour to make firm dough
Directions
Bake potato then mash with milk and salt. Add flour to make stiffish dough. Flatten dough to make round to fit fry pan.Mark into four. Using teaspoon of oil, lightly fry on both sides. Serve with grilled bacon and egg for traditional Scottish breakfast. Serves 4.
