1 - 6oz Dannon Light & Fit Cherry Vanilla nonfat yogurt4oz - skim milk5 - med sized ice cubes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend. You may add a bannana for add"l flavor but must add the calories as well.
