No Boil Lasagne

Olive oilOnion, medium, choppedGarlic clove, mincedRed Peppers, 2 large, choppedTomato Sauce, 2 x 14 oz cansMushrooms, 10 oz canWater, 1/2 cupOregano, 1 tspCottage Cheese, 1 cupParmesan Cheese, 1/3 cup, gratedSpinach, frozen then thawed and well drained, 10 ozEgg, 1 largeOlive oil, 2 tspSalt, 1 tspMozarella Cheese, 6 oz, slicedLasagne Noodles, not cooked, 3/4 box
Saute onion, peppers and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce, undrained mushrooms, water and oregano (Italian Seasoning). Boil then remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, spinach, egg, oil and salt.
Layer in a 9x13 pan: 1/3 sauce, cover with lasagne noodles, 1/3 sauce again, spinach mixture, lasagne noodles. Cover with foil (sealed well) and bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour. Uncover and place mozarella slices on top and bake until golden and cheese melts, for approximately 15 minutes. Serves 8 happy people!
