Beef Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) bag No Yolk Noodles, cooked and drained6 oz. Flank Steak1 Med. Onion, chopped2 Cloves Garlic, chopped1 Cup Mixed Vegetables, steamed1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 oz.)1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese4 oz. Whole Milk1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 350* F.
2. Saute Beef, Onion & Garlic, seasoned with choice of herbs.
3. Combine Noodles, Meat, Vegetables, Soup, Ricotta Cheese & Whole Milk in Large Casserole Dish.
4. Top with Cheddar Cheese
5. Bake Uncovered for 35 minutes.
6. Let set 5-10 minutes.
7. Serve Hot.
