Yakisoba

Ingredients
2 tsp. olive oil3 oz. pork chop3 slices bacon (optional)1 large onion, chopped (1.5 cups)2 carrots, chopped (1 cup)4 cups chopped raw cabbage300 grams soba noodlesBull Dog tonkatsu sauce
Directions
Heat oil in wok. Heat meat in oil, drizzle with 1 T tonkatsu sauce. Add onion and carrot, saute, and drizzle with 1 T tonkatsu sauce. When onion begins to soften, add cabbage and drizzle with 1 T sauce. When cabbage starts to wilt, add the soba noodles. As the noodles heat, stir to break up and drizzle with remaining 3 T sauce. Once noodles are heated through, serve. Serve with chopped scallion and benishoga (red pickled ginger)on the side.
