Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
3 lb cut up chicken1 lb red potatoes cut up1 Tbsp italian seasoning1/2 cup Light Italian Dressing1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Place cut up chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. Arrange cut up potatoes around the chicken. Drizzle italian dressing over chicken and potatoes. Pour parmesan cheese over chicken and potatoes. Shake italian seasoning over top last.

Bake covered in 400 F oven for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Done when potatoes are cooked and chicken juices run clear.
