Apple, pumpkin and raisin morning muffin

Ingredients
4 eggs2 cups apple sauce2 cups pumpkin ( or 1 15 oz can)3 cups quick oats.5 cup flour1T cinnamon1t ginger1t nutmeg.5t allspice 1 c raisins1 t vanilla1T baking soda1t salt
Directions
grind oats in processor until fine. Measure out 2.5 cups. in mixer lightly beat eggs. add vanilla. mix. add apple sauce and pumpkin. mix. add all dry ingredients. mix until thoroughly wet. scoop into prepared muffin pan. Bake 15-20 minutes on 325.

    no sugar and i used unsweetened applesauce; only taste is the nutmeg; took more than twenty minutes to dry.should have read the comments... thankfully only made half recipe - 1/29/12

    Rileymama--did you include the 3 cups of oats? The instructions say to grind them down and measure out 2.5 cups, so including that oat "flour" there are actually 3 cups of flour in the recipe... - 10/28/10

    Maybe I did something wrong, but these were not very good. Is there really no sugar? and only half a cup of flour? they were gooey and flavorless....can't say I'd make them again... - 10/22/10
