One Pan Whiskey Flavored Pork Chops

Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Flour, white 1 tbsp, 2 tbsp (remove)Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)Sage, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1.5 lb (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .12 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Whiskey, 4 fl oz (remove)*Kemps free fat free sour cream, 10.6 tbsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 300. Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Sprinkle pork with .25 t. salt and .12 t. pepper. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add pork, saute 5 minutes on each side til golden. Remove pork from pan. Add onion and mushrooms to pan; saute 3 mins. Carefully add whiskey to pan. Cook for 1 minute or until liquid almost evaporates. Stir sour cream mixture into pan. Return pork to pan, spoon sauce over pork.
Wrap handle of pan with foil. Cover and bake at 300 for 1 hour serve immediately 1 pork chop and 1/3 cup sauce is one serving.
