Simple Stiry Fry

Ingredients
1/2 TBSP olive oil1 package frozen stir-fry vegetables1 package frozen jasmine rice (2 cups)1/2 TB sesame oil4 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Serves 4, 1/2 cup servings.

Heat large skillet or wok; coat with olive oil

Add frozen vegetables and rice, stirring frequently with spatula. When rice is appearing thawed, add sesame oil and soy sauce. Cook until you feel it's done enough.

You can spice this up by adding an egg or two to the pan before adding the veggies and rice, by adding chicken or beef, whatever your heart (and stomach!) desires!
