Cauliflower, raw, 2 cupsBroccoli raw, 2 cupsCarrots, raw, 1.5 cups, choppedsmall green onion sliced green and white Lite Ranch Dressing, 1/2 cupButtermilk powder, 1 tbsp (optional)Water, tap, .25 cup Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.5 tsp
cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. peal and slice carrots and green onion. mix together in bowl. mix together remaining ingredients, pour over veggies. refrigerate overnight to blend flavors, enjoy.
Makes 7 generous 1 cup servings
Note: If you use Buttermilk Ranch you can omit the buttermilk powder, I like it because it makes it fewer calories.
