String beans, yellow squash, and zucchini

Ingredients
Green beans, fresh (3/4 cup)Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced into medallions (about 2 small)Summer squash (yellow), .5 cup, sliced (about 1 medium)Diced garlic, to taste3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

1. Steam the green beans in a steamer bag; put into a bowl and cover with aluminum foil.

2. Dice scallions into 1/4 inch pieces. Cut zucchini and summer squash into medallions; add scallions, and steam according to bag directions.

3. Pour green beans and squash into a 1-gallon Ziploc bag; toss with EVOO and garlic.

4. Serve hot.
