Mexican Stir Fry

Ingredients
3/4 cup Spanish Rice (see my Spanish Rice recipe)2 oz chicken (cooked and chopped small)1/2 cup corn1/2 cup black beans1 cup chopped bell peppers, any color
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a saute pan and add a small amount of water and hot sauce to taste. Cook until everything is heated through. Garnish with chives.
