- Slim Fast Shake Mix, French Vanilla (321 Plan - 1scoop)- Spinach, fresh, 2 cup- Raspberries, 1 cup - Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed- Pineapple 1 cup, diced- Molasses, 1 tbsp - White Peach White Tea or Water
Step 1: Blend 6oz Tea (or water) + Spinach + Molasses until smooth.
Step 2: Add & blend rest of ingredients until smooth.
Makes one large serving about 16 - 20 oz depending on if ice is used or not.
Tips:
- Add the peach tea to your liking for thinning out mix
- Add ice cubes to thicken if desired.
