Easy banana bread

Ingredients
2 egg whites1 1/2 c. mashed ripe banana1/2 c. fat-free Miracle Whip salad dressing1/3 c. brown sugar1/3 c. white sugar1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix together egg whiltes, bananas and Miracle Whip. Stir in sugars, flour, soda and salt. Add chopped walnuts. Bake in 1 large loaf pan, 2 small loaf pans or make 32 mini muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour for large loaf, 35 minutes for small loaves or 15 minutes for mini muffins. Serves 16.
