Scrambled Tofu Egg Whites w/ Turkey "Sausage"

Ingredients
1/2 cup liquid egg white1/4 cup 2% milk4 oz 97/3 ground turkey85g Denver Organic Tofu1/4 c Great Value Finely Shredded Italian Style1/4 tsp Celery Salt2 tsp Pepper, black2 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp sage1 tsp fennel seed
Directions
Prepare the ground turkey in advance by browning it with the sage, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder and fennel seed. Next add the tofu and cook until it is lightly browned.

Beat the egg whites and milk with the remaining dry ingredients and pour over the turkey and tofu mixture. Cook until desired firmness. Add the cheese and fold into the cooked mixture.
