Banana Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients

2/3 cup Hodgson Mill, Buckwheat Pancake Mix1/2 cup Milk, 2%, 1 Egg1 Tbsp Canola Oil1 Cup Mashed Banana1/4 Cup Walnuts
Mix all ingredients together (best to use whisk) in a bowl.
The box says to let it sit for 5 min, but I usually just let it sit for however long it takes to heat up the pan/griddle.
Cook on one side until edges begin to bubble then flip and cook on the other side.
*For thinner pancakes use more milk, for thicker use less milk.*
Makes about 4 servings. Pancakes are usually 5" in diameter.
