Simple Lemon Oregano Chicken

Ingredients
4 Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 T Olive Oil2 T Lemon Juice2 tsp. Minced Garlic1 T OreganoSalt and Pepper, to taste.
Directions
Place chicken in gallon size resealable bag add the rest of ingredients and marinate 4 hours to overnight.

Grill or bake chicken until done.

    This simple recipe was EXCELLENT!!! I added some fresh herbs because we happen to have them on hand--rosemary,chives,parsley and FRESH oregano!!!! Add some Orzo rice w/the chives as a side dish to up the FOLATE intake!!! Thanks for sharing--oh-by the way- we DIDN'T marinate four hrs.!!!! - 5/26/10

    Not much "sauce", rather dry - I let it marinate over night. Added capers to up the flavor. OK - 10/11/10

    I made this last night... I added a bit more lemon juice, fresh basil, and a bit more garlic... I was only able to marinate the chicken for about 2 hours... My husband and I both loved it... I will be adding this to my dinner rotation! - 9/1/10
