4 Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 T Olive Oil2 T Lemon Juice2 tsp. Minced Garlic1 T OreganoSalt and Pepper, to taste.
Place chicken in gallon size resealable bag add the rest of ingredients and marinate 4 hours to overnight.
Grill or bake chicken until done.

This simple recipe was EXCELLENT!!! I added some fresh herbs because we happen to have them on hand--rosemary,chives,parsley and FRESH oregano!!!! Add some Orzo rice w/the chives as a side dish to up the FOLATE intake!!! Thanks for sharing--oh-by the way- we DIDN'T marinate four hrs.!!!! - 5/26/10
