Swiss Steak lower cal

Ingredients
16 oz round steak1 med onion2 med green or red peppers1 tbsp olive oil2 14 oz cans of fat free beef broth4 tbsp Wondra or regular flour
Directions
Saute onions and peppers in 1 tbsp oil in a deep skillet for 10 minutes. Push to the side and brown both sides of meat. Add beef broth, cover and simmer for 45 min - 1 hr.
Remove meat and add the wondra or flour to thicken the broth. Put meat back in and serve with a side of whatever you'd like. Serves 4.
