Ingredients
2 c. Reduced Fat Bisquick1 c. Canned Pumpkin1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice1 t. Cinnamon1 t. Orange Peel, dried1/2 c. Flax Seed, ground1/2 c. 2% Milk1/2 c. Craisans, chopped1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped1/2 c. Honey1/4 c. Water1/4 c. Orange Juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 16 regular sized muffins.

Not very sweet, perfect with coffee or as a quick energy snack.
