Chicken and Cheese quesadillas

1small can of Hormel's 97% fat free canned all white chicken1 small onion chopped1 small can of green chilies, I use what ever is cheapest1 can of low fat or low sodium cream of chicken soup1/4 a package of your preferred brand of fajita seasoning4 flour tortillas (8" or 9" depending on how big you want yours!)
spray a pan and saute the onion and green chilies. when they start to brown pour the can of soup in the pan and blend well. add the can of chicken and the seasoning. Mix well and lower the heat.
Preheat the oven to 375* F spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray.
place about 1/2c. of the mix in a tortilla and fold in half.
put in oven and let cheese melt. Once the cheese is melted I switch the oven to broil so the tortilla gets a little crispy!
