1 frozen ready to bake pie crust3 eggs5 egg whites1/2 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheesesplash milk1/2 small bag steamed broccoli1/2 cup tomato pesto
thaw pie crust... cook broccoli and place in the bottom of the crust... place crust on top of baking pan and preheat oven to 350* ... in seprate bowl wisk eggs and milk together.... add the rest of the ingredients into the eggs and then pour that mixture into the pie crust over top of the broccoli.
bake for 30 minutes and then let cool for 5 minutes before serving. crust should be brown and egg mixture firm.
