Beef cut into small cubes 1 poundCabbage slice into one cupOnions slice into 1/2 cupGreen Pepper .5 cup choppedGarbanzo 1 cupSummer Squash 2 cups
Directions
Brown the meat - do not touch it until after five minutes
Flip the meat
Throw in all the vegetables
Toss it around after three minutes and then again
