Ingredients
beefsoy sauce (kicap pekat)chili pastechilionionshallotgarlicgingertamarind juicesugar, pepper
Directions
Marinate beef in soy sauce, sugar, pepper.
Saute ginger, shallots, garlic.
Add chili paste, let it simmer.
Add tamarind + water, and then add beef.
Once beef is cooked, add onion and chili.
Cook for another 2 minutes.

Serves 5 with white rice.
