Ma's Stir Fried Rice (not greasy)

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive Oil (heat in a wok)1/4 cup scallions (new green onions)1 cup pork tenderloin precooked3 cups pre-cooked brown rice3 large egg3 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 tsp garlic1 pinch white pepperlittle touch of hot sauce for extra kick
Directions
Heat oil in wok
Throw in Scallions until a little soft or if you prefer crunchy don't cook as long
Add Pork Tenderloin and Brown Rice
Cook until heated through - Add scrambled fresh egg toss
Add in Soy Sauce to taste and hot sauce to tast

Should make 5 cups or little less of fried rice.
