Spinach with mushrooms and onions

Ingredients
1 bunch of fresh spinach1 package of sliced fresh mushrooms1 medium red onion1 T Parmesan Cheese3 cloves garlicsalt/pepper to tasteExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil until they sweat, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until softened and all liquid disappears then add spinach at the end and cook just until slightly wilted. Add Balsamic vinegar and toss. Once plated, sprinkle with cheese.
