Ingredients:Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 0.5 head, medium (6" dia) (remove)Radishes, 6 small (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)*Lemon Juice, 0.5 lemon yields (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Cut all the fresh vegetables and place in a large salad bowl. Dress with lemon juice, olive oil and salt, mix and serve.
