Tropical Fruit Desert

Ingredients
1 pkg (9 full sheets) low-fat graham crackers2 ripe bananas (sliced)1 1/2 c fresh strawberries, sliced1 large pkg. fat-free, sugar-free instant vanilla pudding1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained1 c. skim milk8 oz. cool whip lite
Directions
Mix pudding, 1 cup milk and undrained pineapple together. Refrigerate til thickened. Line bottom of 9 x 13" glass dish with a layer of graham crackers. Layer sliced strawberries and bananas over crackers. Pour pineapple pudding mixture over fruit. Top with cool whip lite. Keep refrigerated.
*Makes 12- 3/4 c servings.
