Mango-Berry Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup chopped mango1 cup milk1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries1/2 cup soft tofu, or silken tofu1 to 2 teaspoons honey (optional)1 tsp vanilla extract6 ice cubes
Directions
In a blender or food processor place mango, milk, raspberries, tofu, honey and vanilla. Cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; process until blended. Makes 2-3 servings. (Honey is optional) (Raspberries can be used instead of strawberries)
