Ingredients
2 lbs. of boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into pieces3 medium sized potatoes, cubed3 carrots, cut into chunks1 med.-sm. onion, chopped2 roma tomatoes, cubed1 green pepper, chopped1.5 tsp. Tastefully Simple Fiesta Party Dip Mix seasoning.25 cup canola oil4 cups of Pace medium salsa.25 cup jalapenos, pickled (Old El Paso)
Directions
Cut everything into stew friendly sizes. Saute everything in a large deep pan for about 40 minutes. Stir periodically.
