Ingredients
Directions
2 Pork Loin Chops - Boneless, Trimmed ( Farmer Johns)5 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce (Stater Bros)2 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce (Kikkoman)2 Cloves Garlic, Minced1 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce (Maggi)1/4 cup water
Makes 2 servings of 1 chop each (4oz)
Combine all ingredients in a zip loc bag or storage container and allow to marinate all day (several hours is sufficient but the longer the better, I do it a day in advance)
Coat glass baking dish with cooking spray and add chops, pour sauce over chops, cover with foil.
Bake at 325* for 45 minutes. Flip chops, bake at 250 for an additional 45 minutes.
Cooking temp and time may vary. I am at very high altitude (7k +) so I do things at a lower temp for longer. It also makes it very very tender cooked this way.
