4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked and diced)1/4 tsp. salt3 c. baby greens1/2 c. sliced strawberries15 g. chopped walnuts1/4 c. gorgonzola cheese crumbles2 tbsp. Newman's Own Light Raspberry & Walnut Dressing
Season chicken with salt and garlic. Cook.
Cube chicken. Serve over a bed of baby greens. Add strawberries, pecans, cheese and dressing. Toss. Serve.
