Lemon-Oregano Tilapia

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 2 fl ozlemon zest 2 tbspPepper, black, .25 tsp*talipia filets, 4 servingOregano, ground, 1 tbspSalt, .25 tsp
Directions
mix together oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper and oregano in bowl. Turn tilapia in lemon mixture to coat. Let stand 10 mins. Place on grill pan, broil 4 mins each side. or until flakes easily.
Serve with rice and vegetable.
