Ingredients
1 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh1 medium tangerine1/3 cup dry cottage cheese1/3 cup plain fat free yogurt1/3 cup fat free ricotta cheese
Directions
Place the raspberries, yogurt, tangerine, and cheeses in a blender. Mix very well until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
