Chili-Lime Chicken & Shrimp Kabobs

3 tablespoons olive oil1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 lime, juiced1 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon onion powder2 cloves garlic, crushedcayenne pepper to tastesalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast halves cut into 1 1/2 inch piecesOR1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveinedAssorted cubed vegetables, such as colored bell peppers, zucchini, onions, cherry tomatoes, etc.
In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and lime juice. Season with chili powder, paprika, onion powder, crushed garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
Place chicken and/or shrimp in shallow dish with sauce and stir to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and/or shrimp onto skewers, alternating with veggies of choice. Discard marinade. Lightly oil the grill. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes.
