Broccoli: 2 heads, chopped (about 4 cups)Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Salad Dressing: 4 Tbsp.Hulled, roasted, unsalted sesame seeds: 2 TbspGround black pepper to taste
Makes four 1-cup servings.
1. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop stem.
2. Cook broccoli until bright green ~5 minutes (or microwave on "fresh vegetable, less time" setting)
3. Drain broccoli well and refrigerate until it cools
4, Toss in the Lite Ranch salad dressing, roasted sesame seeds, and ground black pepper to taste
5. Keep cool in refrigerator until ready to serve
