Ingredients:1 Lbs Flank Steak3 Tbsp Strong Coffee1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 Tsp Brown Sugar1 Tsp Crushed Pepper peppercorn3 Garlic Cloves1 Tbsp Water
Directions
Mix all ingredients to make Marinade, minus Steak.
Add Marinade and Steak to Ziplock and marinade anywhere from 2 to 8 hours.
Grill to desired taste.
