Mamma's Whole Wheat Buscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour (whole wheat or gluten free mix)1 Tbsp Xylitol4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup butter (or 1/4 cup ea of butter and lite cream cheese)2/3 cup milk (cow, goat, rice or soy) organic1 lg egg
Directions
preheat oven to 475. Whisk dry ingredients. Add butter and mix in. Measure milk in cup and whisk in egg. Add to dry ingredients. Combine. Kneed on floured surface, then roll out to about 1/2 in. and use biscuit cuter to cut. Then place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
