Fruit & Nut Bars

Ingredients
100 grams raw, organic pecans133 grams organic, unsulphured dried apple100 grams pitted, organic, unsulphured dates95 grams Artisana raw coconut butter (warmed to soften)
Directions
In a food processor, coarsley chop the nuts. Put into a bowl. Put dried fruit in processor and pulse until bits are as small as you can get them. Pour into bowl with nuts. Add warmed coconut butter.
Shape into 14 small bars, or put into a pan and refridgerate until firmed and cut into 14 bars.

Makes 14 small bars.
