2 12 oz boxes of Barilla TriColored Rotini1 cup each of yellow, red, and orange pepper, raw, chopped8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese, small cubes8 oz Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Peperoni, cut pieces in half4 oz chopped fresh mushrooms2 medium white onions1 16 oz bottle Kraft Light Zesty Italian dressing1 Tbsp olive oil to saute mushroom and onion
Cook pasta as directed and rinse cold.
Chop peppers, mushrooms, and onion.
Cube cheese and slice pepperoni in half and separate.
Saute mushroom and onion.
Mix together with dressing, chill
