6 pork chops1 cup apricot Pineapple jam3 tablespns Spenda Brown sugar 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger1/4 teaspoon Ground CLoves1 (11 ounce) can Mandarin Oranges (and their juice)3 teaspoons Red pepper or to taste(optional)
Put the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl until well blended, pour over the chops. Cook on high for 4hours or low for 7-8.
