Wookie Beans

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 cop cherry tomato's halved1/2 cup diced green pepper3 tbs reduced fat sour cream1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar or colby-jack
Directions
Place beans in small pan (do not drain or rinse). Cook for 2-3 min. Add tomatoes and pepper and cook 1 min. Stir in cheese and add sour cream. May add hot sauce to add some kick.
