Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 2 clove Can diced tomatos, 800 gram(s) Chicken stock, home-prepared, 4 cupChickpeas can, drained 840 grams 2 large Zucchini
Directions
preheat over 180c
heat oil in pan, cook onion, add tomatoes and veggi stock, boil.
add chick peas and zucchini, boil, simmer 4 minutes
