Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
Frozen mixed berries along with Greek Yogurt, orange juice, skim milk, a bit of wheat germ and flaxseed meal for texture and top it off with a bit of protein. Very yummy, very filling, very healthy.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If I am making it for just me, I pour 2 cups in a freezer bag, and freeze. When I am ready for it, I pull it out and do a quick blend. Fast and easy.
